If an eligible prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
4. COD Orders
COD orders should be cancelled before dispatch. Repeated refusal or non-acceptance of COD orders may affect COD availability for future purchases.
