Return & Refund Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns

We do not accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • Wrong product received
  • Product received damaged
  • Manufacturing defect

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Replacement

Eligible products may be replaced depending on stock availability.
